The Power of Powers of Attorney

March 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The Floyd County Library is collaborating with Attorney Jim Plitz to provide the Free Estate Planning series. The first session is on Powers of Attorneys – What they are and why they are needed.

Powers of attorneys are foundational estate planning documents that EVERYONE should have – whether you are 18 years old, or 118. Estate Planning attorney, Jim Plitz will discuss what are the different types of powers of attorney, how they are used, and how to put them in place. We hope to see you there!

Each month a new topic will be covered to address your estate planning questions and concerns.
